LACROSSE OFF-FIELD TRAINING
Any U-13 Club Blue Lacrosse Players
This weekly, hour-long strength and conditioning program will improve lacrosse performance by focusing on core strength and targeting lacrosse specific muscle groups. Emphasis will be on manual strength training and agility.
Mondays at 3:30-4:30
Starting April 12
$120 for 8 sessions
Class size is limited to 10.
Come right after school. Drivers can use the gym while boys workout.
