Have you been wanting to try your legs on a real bike but have been nervous to go it alone?  Well, now you can bring your road or hybrid bicycle out to get a feel for the road along with all your Precision friends.  See how strong those Spinning legs really are.  This non-competitive ride will begin with a short Bike Safety Lesson and very brief Rules of the Ride to keep us together and safe.  If it’s been a while, have your bike checked out at your neighborhood bike shop ahead of time (i.e. tires, brakes, etc).  Helmets are required.  Water and spare tubes are a good idea.

Registration is requested (at front desk or to Kim @ kimteri@precisionhealthandfitness.com )

so we can assure a manageable Group.  Members & friends welcome.
