       Spinning 101
       This is not your average stationary bike - this
       invigorating and safe cardio exercise class will
       teach the basics of Spinning leading you through
       hills, valleys and long winding roads.  The beauty
       of the bike - you set the pace!  You are in charge
       of how much resistance, how fast you pedal and
       how the steep the climb. Ride your own ride -
       achieve your own goals!
 
      Cardio 101
      Get your whole body movin'!  Low impact cardio
     moves that bring fun to your workout and energy
     pumpin' through your whole body.  Let Maggie
     break it down to the basics so you can follow these
     easy steps & enjoy that Power Lunch.
 
     Zumba 101
     Break it down and take it from the top - slow it down
     just a bit and learn the salsa steps that will get your
     heart pumpin and your blood boilin'!  This latin
     cardio dance class is the stepping stone to the full
     blown Zumba class that is all the rage - even right
     here at Precision!
 
      Yoga 101
      Increasing flexibility, strength and stability, and
      overall sense of balance are the cornerstones of
      this beginners class.  The quality of movement will
      be emphasized to build a firm foundation for your
      body, mind, and spirit.  Join us to feel great and
