Cardio Funk
Combines everything you love about dance! A variety of styles of dance & music including salsa, cha cha, samba, hip hop, funk, lyrical, free style, Bhangra, African & Brazilian dancing.
 
Fitness Right
This 45-minute weight training class will be a lunchtime, full body training and core blast - taught by Brandon Todd.
